Had to deal with the health insurance company for the last three weeks. It is pretty bad when you have to explain to them what their own policy says. They tried to change the rules without ANY notice. The policy clearly states that an item is covered and they tried to start charging me for it on Jan. 1st of this year. Wrong! After man, many round-robin musical chairs it may be settled? We shall see.
